ShineInfo Placement Solutions provides recruitment and staffing services including permanent staffing, contract staffing, executive hiring, bulk hiring, candidate screening, interview coordination, and job seeker support. Services are delivered based on client requirements and agreed terms.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate job descriptions, role requirements, compensation details, and hiring timelines. Any changes to requirements must be communicated promptly. ShineInfo is not responsible for delays caused due to incomplete or incorrect information.
3. Candidate Information
All candidate profiles shared with clients are sourced through ethical recruitment practices. Candidate details are confidential and must not be shared with third parties without prior written consent from ShineInfo Placement Solutions.
4. Placement Fees
Recruitment fees, if applicable, will be communicated and agreed upon before initiating the hiring process. Fees are payable as per the agreed payment terms once a candidate joins the organization.
5. Replacement Policy
Replacement or guarantee terms, if applicable, will be clearly defined and agreed upon prior to placement. Replacement is subject to the candidate leaving within the agreed period and the client adhering to payment terms.
6. No Employment Guarantee
While ShineInfo Placement Solutions strives to match the best candidates, we do not guarantee job placement for candidates or hiring outcomes for employers, as final decisions rest with the client and candidate.
7. Confidentiality
Both client and candidate information is handled with strict confidentiality. ShineInfo Placement Solutions ensures data privacy and does not misuse or disclose personal or business information.
8. Compliance
Clients and candidates must comply with all applicable labor laws, employment regulations, and statutory requirements. ShineInfo Placement Solutions acts only as a recruitment facilitator.
9. Limitation of Liability
ShineInfo Placement Solutions is not responsible for employee performance, conduct, or any disputes arising after the candidate joins the organization.
10. Termination of Services
Either party may discontinue services with prior notice. Any dues or obligations incurred prior to termination must be settled accordingly.
11. Amendments
ShineInfo Placement Solutions reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
